Description – What You Will Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory evaluations—spanning fields like chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established laboratory protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary preventative maintenance along with calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with sample collection processes and prepare specimens for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all lab processes, mentor new team members, and ensure high-quality lab standards are maintained.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accrediting standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
