Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.Must have experience as a body shop manager. Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task. Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills.
