Our supportive environment is bolstered by a rewards package tailored to fuel both your career aspirations and personal well-being.

Your Role – What to Expect

  • Conduct both standard and advanced clinical tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
  • Evaluate results for consistency, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained properly.
  • Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing when required.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, train new colleagues and students, and help uphold the integrity of laboratory standards.
  • Ensure a safe, clean working environment while adhering to all relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health field along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

  • Maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration within the healthcare team.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the capacity to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, especially related to quality control and record-keeping.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Generous paid time off beginning from day one, with vacation and holiday entitlements factoring in prior service.
  • Opportunities for continued education and professional growth.
  • A holistic total rewards package that prioritizes your overall wellness.

Transformative Impact Through Your Work

In this pivotal role, your expertise will empower healthcare providers and change patient outcomes, validating treatment plans with precise analysis. Each slide you examine could confirm a diagnosis or uncover an underlying health issue, reinforcing the importance of your contributions in supporting the collective health journey.

Collaboration at its Core

Becoming part of our laboratory team is joining a community that fosters a culture of continual improvement. Here, you'll be given the platform to voice innovations, engage in team huddles, participate in refreshers on competencies, and collaborate on process enhancements. We celebrate shared knowledge and your role as a mentor to newcomers.

Discover Life Along the Lakes

Imagine a picturesque lakeside setting where the air is filled with the sounds of water lapping against the shore. You could be paddling in the early morning light or attending vibrant farmers markets that showcase the bounty of the region. Art festivals color the community calendar, and charming neighborhood cafés are the backdrop for lively conversations among friends and neighbors. The lifestyle here encourages work-life balance, with ample opportunities for recreational activities, local artistry, and culinary delights. Commuting is efficient, and housing costs allow for a smooth financial flow, helping you invest in experiences rather than expenses.

In this thriving community, lab professionals are not just technicians; they are foundational elements of health and wellness. Your work ensures prompt diagnostics and contributes to the greater narrative of patient care in the region. The appreciation from both healthcare professionals and patients embodies the deeper connections and gratitude forged through your efforts.
