What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care for our Level III NICU infants and assist in the newborn nursery.
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and NICU team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support family-centered care with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Participate in clinical rounds, assessments, and intervention planning.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
• Assist in providing coverage during various shifts, contributing to round-the-clock care.
• Contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical environment that values teamwork and innovation.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid North Carolina licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification preferred
• Significant NICU experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Family-centered care approach
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
