Overseeing a team of up to 10 direct reports, the full-time remote Workday HCM Manager will manage successful implementation and post-production support, serve as a hands-on lead consultant in HCM Core and additional modules, and contribute to the development of the Workday practice. Key Responsibilities: Manage team delivery and provide guidance during design, configuration, and go-live activities for clients Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting sales with presentations, demos, and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and maintain strong client relationships Required Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience as a Workday HCM lead/partner consultant Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations Workday HCM certification with implementer access and at least two additional Workday certifications Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
